Petitioners are in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 594 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 19.5.2018. He further submits that they were not aware of the fact that in the car liquor was kept. They were only travelling in the said vehicle. They have no concern either to the vehicle or liquor kept in the car.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody nearly one and
