2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 316, 352, 303(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Sala) of the informant. There is family dispute between the parties.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88670 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2026 2/2 the prayer for bail.
6. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that to be money dispute between both the relatives.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
