====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 POCSO Act.

Informant in her written complaint has stated that on 15.03.2018 at about 3:00 P.M. when she went to attend call of nature behind her home, petitioner caught her and tried to outrage her modesty in the meantime her mother-in-law came there and on seeing her petitioner fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37584 of 2018(3) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He is an old man aged about 65 years and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018.
