Prosecution case is that the 9 years' son of the informant was found missing and her cousin told that one unknown person has come and took up his son. Later on, the dead body was found in a shed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. The petitioner is dragged in this case due to enmity. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP who opposed the prayer for bail that petitioner was trying to mislead the informant and the others. The death was due to shock, hemorrhage and other

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, learned Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of commitment. If not, petitioner is at liberty to renew her prayer for bail.
