The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 26 of 2019 dated 19.01.2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80637 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/3 petitioners that they are not named in the subject F.I.R. but they were arrested in connection with Mahnar P. S. Case No. 43 of 2019 about which reference has been made in the present / subject F.I.R.

In the aforesaid case, namely, Mahnar P. S.

Case No. 43 of 2019, the petitioners have been granted bail.

The petitioners in the present case are in custody since 02.08.2019.

Apart from the present case and the case about which reference has been made in the subject F.I.R., there is no other case against the petitioners. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petition is allowed.

The petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in
