Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2614 of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner No.1 is that on the pretext of giving widow pension he got sale deed executed of the land of the complainant and other petitioners have assisted petitioner No.1.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that two cases were lodged by the complainant, one is police case and other is complaint case and in police case police has found the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40862 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 case false.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2614 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
