1. Heard Sri N.K. Agarwal learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners assisted by Sri Sanjeet Kumar learned Advocate, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2/complainant.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the order dated 20.06.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77048 of 2023 (Mrs. Naomi Lily Murmu & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr.), the petitioners above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9115 of 2024(3) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 10447 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
