JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 35 of 2018 registered under Sections 307,353,399 and 402 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot, no any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession and has been made accused only on the basis of disclosure of his name by co-accused Suman Singh and Sanjeev Kumar though petitioner has only one antecedent under Section 307 IPC.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Arun Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-
