Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385/467/468/477(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation has been levelled two years after the land was acquired and, therefore, the allegations are false.

No.80898 of 2019(7) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 It seems that there was some dispute between the petitioner and the informant, but this story of demand of rangdari seems to be far-fetched and that too after two years. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
