The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 registered under Section 366-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C as contained in annexure-6 to the present application wherein she has not stated a word against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
