The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 534 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 323, 341, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding an altercation having taken place in between the accused persons including the petitioners herein and the informant and his family member, whereafter the accused persons are stated to have assaulted the informant and his family resulting in them sustaining minor injuries.

No.81478 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent, the allegation is general and omnibus in nature, the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and the injuries, if any, have been found to be simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 534 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
