ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-03-2024 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made a representation to the bank authorities on 19.12.2023 duly enclosing the copy of the representation dated 10.08.2023. This Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served if the respondent Bank is directed to verify whether the representations have been received and in case the representations have being received, pass necessary orders on the same in accordance with law. In case the bank finds that the representations were not given by the petitioner, they shall intimate the same to the petitioner. On such intimation, the petitioner shall make a fresh representation ventilating his
