2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rupau P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025, registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that daughter of the informant has been done to death by her in-laws for nonfulfillment of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law of the deceased. It is next submitted that no

The petitioners are separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that other coaccused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56107 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Rupau P.S. Case No. 101 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
