1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 377/2023 dated 04.11.2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 12 of POCSO Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. However, in the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 04.03.2024 before the learned trial Court, the learned trial court shall try to dispose of the case on the same day keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner is also a student.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 377/2023, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VIth, Kaimur at Bhabua is hereby rejected.
