====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323/34, 341, 354, 354D, 379, 427, 447, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant with iron rod and the Doctor found a grievous injury at the head of the injured.

In my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that act of the petitioner suggests that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might have caused death.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur.
