2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 930 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89321 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

7. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
