2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 362 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, total 20 litres of illicit country made liquor kept in a plastic bag was recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery is made from the open place which is accessible to anyone. Petitioner bears clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise-1, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 362 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
