Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the present case, the petitioner is claiming for promotion to the post of Assistant Matron which has been opposed by the Intervener having stated that the petitioner cannot be appointed to that post as she does not fulfill the requisite qualification.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case. As the representation filed by the petitioner is pending before

Patna High Court CWJC No.12331 of 2018 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 the Director-in-chief (Nursing), Department of Health, he will examine the case of the petitioner and other persons and whoever will be found suitable for promotion will be considered by him and will take an action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
