The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 26.10.2024.

Vide order dated 26.10.2024, the petitioner had been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of thirty days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although petitioner has mentioned his previous criminal antecedent in the Cr. Misc. No. 42289 of 2024, but the learned trial Court did not understood the same.

In the meantime, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court got expired. 6.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 26.10.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42289 of 2024, is modified to the aforesaid extent and three weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in terms of the order dated 26.10.2024. 7.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
