JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2021 In view of the order dated 19.12.2019, petitioner no. 2 namely, Reena Devi has already been granted bail. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1 and learned A.P.P. for the opposite parties.

The petitioner no. 1 apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1813 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1 is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the opposite parties opposed the prayer of the petitioner no. 1 by contending that there is direct allegation of assault and demand of dowry against him. Hence, petitioner no. 1 does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner no. 1 namely, Alok Kumar Singh, is rejected.
