The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.58 of 2018/78 of 2019, arising out of Kurtha P.S. Case No.37 of 2001, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 336, 504, 188, 114, 216(A), 120(B), 379, 411, 201 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail by the petitioner for about 21⁄2 years. It appears that the petitioner surrendered before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jehanabad, on 21.11.2019 and since then he is in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.86083 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 the case and also considering the period of the petitioner in custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jehanabad, in connection with Sessions Trial No.58 of 2018/78 of 2019, arising out of Kurtha P.S.
