Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Town (M) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is of snatching car, ornaments, Rs. 30,000/- and other things. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused Mahabir Yadav, except confessional statement there is no incriminating material against the petitioner. He is in custody since 04.01.2018 and similarly placed co-accused, namely Mahabir Yadav and Ganesh Chaudhary has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62272
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38209 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 of 2017 and 42187 of 2017 vide order dated 11.01.2018 and 20.09.2017 respectively.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Session Judge Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S.
