2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patrakarnagar P. S. Case No. 605/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Rishikesh Kumar, who is alleged to be a member of a cyber gang, was arrested and various ATM cards were recovered from his possession. On inquiry, he stated that the ATM cards were supplied to him by the petitioner and others for withdrawing the money on a commission of 10%.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rishikesh Kumar and no ATM cards, as alleged, has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and other facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Patrakarnagar P. S. Case No. 605 of 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
