The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other accused persons having assaulted the informant resulting in seven injuries on his person. The allegation on the petitioner is of hitting the informant on his head by a rod. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case,

No.81104 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/3 injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature, as is apparent from the impugned order dated 19.11.2019 wherein reference has been made to paragraph no. 35 of the case diary containing the injury report. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is ready to abide by whatever conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed on him. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 1.10.2019.
The learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I Bikamganj, DistrictRohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019. It is further directed that the petitioner would mark his attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station at 10:30 am. on each Monday of the week and in the event of two consecutive defaults, the present privilege of the
