2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 653 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (A)/25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, 80.270 gram of Ganja was recovered from dickey of motorcycle of his father.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his possession. He is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

Case No. 653 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
