The petitioners are in custody in connection with Dhankund P.S.Case No.01 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, the petitioners who are the brother in-laws, mother-in-law and one of the relatives of the deceased who was murdered at his Sasural.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84392 of 2019(3) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 that cause of death could not be ascertained. Viscera report has been preserved and the wife and father in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39768 of 2019, chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S.Case No.01 of 2019.
