Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
The report of the learned Trial Judge dated 19.07.2018 would reveal that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined in this case.
10 Kg of Ganja was allegedly recovered form possession of the petitioner.
Earlier, prayer was refused on 08.01.2018 vide Annexure-1 with liberty to renew the prayer, if the trial is not concluded within nine months.

No.38163 of 2018 (3) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 months from today in spite of full cooperation on the part of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S.Case No.19 of 2017 (arising out of Manjhi Police Station Case No.194 of 2017), subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
