2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 1082 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2023, having clean antecedent. It has submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was residing in Islam Nagar, Araria and the deceased was residing in Millat Nagar with her husband, this fact is come in the investigation.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3565 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S.Case No. 1082 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trail.
