Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.90 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that on account of trivial dispute, one Rakim and the petitioner assaulted the mother of the informant causing injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on account of trivial dispute and the two persons are said to have assaulted the injured, informant's mother, and only one injury was found on her person and the person first assaulted the mother of the informant, as per the allegation, is Rakim who too has been admitted to bail by a co-

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Asraful @ Asraful is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnia in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.90 of 2017.
