JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, the learned court below shall consider and decide the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the very same day of filing of the same considering the fact that the victim girl, in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C.,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84608 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 has stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and solemnized marriage as also she wants to stay with the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
