The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Eleven years earlier the marriage was solemnized and the present case has been lodged on account of death of the victim lady, wherein allegation has been made for demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand the victim has been killed. Even the order sheet does not show active participation of the petitioners in the alleged occurrence. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the

No.37345 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Kalawati Devi, Kanti Devi, Dular Yadav and Priyanka Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
