2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 324(2), 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, while the informant was sitting at her door, these petitioners came and started assaulting her over an old land dispute. Petitioners also snatched and damaged the mobile phone of informant. It is further alleged that when Devar of informant, who was handicap, came to save her, he was also assaulted by petitioners by fists and danda, as a
