2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 09.03.2023 by the informant, Bipin Kumar Rai.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that his nephew Rohit was going to the market to purchase medicine when the accused persons abused and started assaulting. Further, on the order of Laxman Rai, the allegation is that Guddu Kumar (petitioner herein) and Saheb Rai eventually sat on the abdomen of his nephew and assaulted him. They also have video footage to this effect. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 27558 of 2024 and this is the second attempt.

5. Considering the allegation that was there against the petitioner, Guddu Kumar, of having assaulted on the abdomen, the anticipatory bail was rejected on 21.05.2024 and instead of surrendering, the present anticipatory bail application, in that background, no fresh look is required in the case and the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

6. If the petitioner fails to surrender in four weeks, the S.P., Saran shall look into the matter and ensure his arrest.

7. Let a copy of the order be sent to the office of the S.P., Saran for his perusal and needful.
