2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 984 of 2020 lodged on 31.12.2020 under Section 304B and 34 on the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has move earlier to this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42480 of 2022 which was heard and rejected on 03.11.2022 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail nine months after framing of charge.

4. From perusal of records, it transpires to this Court that the charge has been framed on 02.05.2024. As such, this case is immature and this Court is not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4825 of 2024(5) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 petitioner on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
