2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, r/w, 34 of the Indian Penal Code

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. He is accused of killing the deceased. From the FIR itself it appears that the deceased has committed suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3499 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra in Amnour P.S.Case No. 140 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trail.
