Case No. 15 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 419 and 420 of IPC.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.- III, Supaul, in connection with Complaint Case No. 11C of 2016, arising out Supaul P.
