In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 412 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354C, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
The petitioner has also been implicated in one more case. In this case, the alleged incident has taken place on 07.09.2018 but, the F.I.R. has been registered on 25.09.2019. So, there is a delay of about 18 days in filing the F.I.R. and that too without any explanation.

No.84023 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST/POCSO), Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case no.412 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
