2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46023 of 2023.

3. No ground for review of the earlier order has been made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submits that the trial should be expedited.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Banka, is directed to see to it that witnesses are produced regularly in the trial.

5. This application is again dismissed.
