The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of the writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ/writs, direction/directions to the Respondent Authority to add the name of the petitioner as Co-member in the voter list 2019 in Telhara Pacs, Kutumba, Aurangabad for fighting the election for the said post.

And or any other appropriate writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

3. At the very outset, it is common ground at the Bar that by order dated 18.11.2019, a Division Bench of this Court in Gajendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar and Ors. (CWJC No. 22149 of 2019), which was also filed for accepting the membership in the PACS in question, the Court had not interfered in view of elections having been notified on 31.10.2019. However, liberty was given to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the concerned authorities in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present application also stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order of the Division Bench.
