2. Though this application has been filed in the year 2024 on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the FIR bearing Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 837 of 2023 but it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner has been exonerated by the police and charge-sheet has been submitted against other co-accused.
