JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Pakribarawan P. S. Case No.228 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation against him that he put the deceased into cruelty and subsequently, he as well as other accused committed murder of deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased

Regard being had to the above stated facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail, for the present.
