2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with accused persons took thumb impression of the complainant on the blank paper and without giving knowledge to the complainant, the land of the complainant was transferred in the name of Kesri Devi. The further allegation is that the informant neither received any amount nor went to Registry office for registration.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to rivalry between them, he has been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12332 of 2024(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 this case. The name of the petitioner does not stand in the sale deed as vendee or as a witness. The dispute is purely of civil nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1295 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
