====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.1186 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioners herein along with other accused persons having arrived at the house of the informant and assaulted the informant, her husband and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Co-ordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81554 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80689 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are responsible for inflicting any grievous injury on the injured namely Shiv Ram. However, it is submitted that as far as the informant and the injured Pintu Ram are concerned, the injuries found on their person are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on account of local village politics and the petitioners are having clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Nainijor) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.1186 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
