2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 376, 506, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
