JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the certificate proceedings bearing Certificate Case No. 01/87-88 pending before the Certificate Officer, Saran at Chapra on the ground that proper opportunity of hearing has not been given to the petitioner herein as also on the ground that belatedly amendment has been made in the certificate.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Certificate Officer by filing a fresh objection within a period of four weeks from today and in case such objection is filed, the Certificate Officer shall consider the same and pass a final order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
