As per FIR four miscreants stopped the informant and tried to snatch his motorcycle and other articles and on chase petitioner was arrested.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the motorcycle is of the petitioner and in darkness identification of the petitioner is doubtful and he is in custody for three months.
Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground petitioner was arrested at the spot and apart from that he is accused in one more case.
In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84841 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
