2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 24.3.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 10.1.2024 reveals that out of four prosecution witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined and next date fixed for prosecution witness is 15.1.2024. Petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2018.

4. Considering the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded preferably within a year.
