2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 217 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70497 of 2022 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that there is no hope to conclude the trial in the near future.

4. This Court finds that the charges have been framed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86577 of 2023(4) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 against the petitioner only on 08.08.2024 and the trial is going on.

5. In view of the above-mentioned facts, this application stands rejected.
