The petitioner seeks bail in Panapur P.S. Case No. 77/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of selling stolen motorcycle.

It has been submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is not named in the F.I.R. There is no material against him except the confessional statement of coaccused Lallan Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2018.

No.39790 of 2018 (3) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 77/2018.
