The petitioner seeks bail in Masrakh P.S. Case No. 160/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 411 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Allegation against the petitioner is theft of motorcycle. The stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of co-accused Lallan Singh, Roshan Kumar and Rahul Kumar. No recovery has been made from possession of the petitioner. The name of petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Lallan Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018.
